I suggest you look for a popup plugin that allows for the posting of a shortcode.
Then you can add this shortcode:

[gd_listings post_limit="1" sort_by="random" layout="1"]

You will also have to change the randomizing code because by default, “random” is locked in for 24 hours: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/random-sort-settings/

Have a look at Places [or other CPT] > Settings > Custom Fields > Price Range field > Option Values, and enter the required values there.
I’ll get a developer to have a look at your question too, as to how to escape commas in the price range.

Alternatively, you can use the Price field, see images 2 and 3.

Tags and description are standard WP fields, so they still show in the backend.
But they do not show in the Add Franchise form on the frontend, which is the only place a customer can add a Franchise.
I’ll get Kiran to have a look too, but that may be after the weekend.
