Thanks Alex, good idea—I’ll do that as a workaround.
Do you know if this is on the list of features for the future?

Sorry, quick follow-up question: is there code that can be added to make it so that the tags that display don’t hyperlink and are instead just plain text-only? Long shot but figured I’d ask!
Perfect, thank you!
July 23, 2019 at 3:50 pm in reply to: Post Adress shortcode takes Neighbourhood slug instead name #499153Hi, rather than creating a separate thread since this one is so recent, I wanted to chime in here to say I have the exact same issue. It displays the slug instead of the name for the neighborhood. I’ve attached a screenshot.
Could you clarify whether this is a fixable issue, or a known bug as Alex said? And if it’s a bug, do you have an estimate for when it will be fixed?
Thanks!
MeganAaaand, you can ignore! I just ran the database update and now it’s suddenly working fine again.
Thanks!
Hi Alex,
Is there something I can add to the shortcode so that the listings only display on the search page if the user hasn’t searched for something? Otherwise, if I add the gd_listings shortcode to the page, it shows the listings even after they’ve conducted a search – which is confusing because it’s hard for the user to tell which ones are a result of their search vs. just all listings.

The ones with the blue background are the actual site. White is the mock-up.
Thanks!
I’m looking around, though, just to see if I can get this figured out and really do not think I see a way to change the items to be listed as comma separated values rather than a bulleted list via CSS.
I see other templates do this so I definitely know it’s possible!
Is there a template page that I can modify to change the layout of the items in the listings? There are a lot of files for this plug-in, and I’ve been exploring them but am uncertain which one this would be in. The archives items page defines what goes in the listing at a high level, but doesn’t get as detailed as laying out how each category that gets pulled in should be displayed.

Thanks, I found that area! I can’t share the URL because the website isn’t yet live.
EDIT: Actually, I’m having troubles all around. I’m generally somewhat decent at modifying existing plug-ins, but, this has turned out to be more complicated than I thought it would be…I’m hitting roadblocks at every turn. Any recommendations on someoe that could be hired to make some custom modifications? I’ve got a list of specific things that we’d like to have tweaked. This is for a personal side project with a friend, but I’m on a tight deadline and didn’t realize this would be so hard to modify…so I’d be interested in seeing what someone would charge, but would rather it be someone who is already familiar with this plug-in.
Thanks for your help!
