It seems I remembered everything but that 😛
Done…the account now has wp-admin access. Please try again. Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Well, I swear I did. Step by step…unless I misunderstood something. Do you have any idea what I didn’t follow correctly? The only thing I didn’t do is disable non-GD plugins, is that what you’re referring to?
Also, I SWEAR, that I was up-to-date this morning, not sure when .42 came out…but just updated it and still no workie.
Thanks for having a developer take a look…appreciate any guidance. Happy to restore and try again if you can give me any guidance on what to perform differently.
Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Well, I knew you were going to say that. 🙂 I have this running locally on my MAC as a dev environment. Let me run through the same steps in our online staging environment so that I can get you guys to take a look at it.
Cool. I think it would be a really good idea to use Gravity Forms as many people use it 🙂
Awesome, thanks for the reply! Any plans to add support for Gravity Forms as well?
Hi Stiofan,
Do you mean drag an image in on the front end editor or back end? It looks like that post got fixed and I’m not sure if there are any others. I don’t have any details on how to replicate but I’ll try to get more info for you.
Going forward can you let me know the js change you made so I don’t overwrite this the next time I update everything?
Thanks,
JonahHi Stiofan,
Thanks for doing that however this doesn’t really resolve the issue on the back end or how to prevent or fix these posts with broken images. I still cannot remove the broken image and the back end WP administration edit interface is still locked up with the script error for these posts. Any other suggestions or ideas for what can be done?
Thanks,
– JonahHey Paolo,
Yeah I know, it’s a lot of plugins. Believe it or not, most of those are necessary though… It’s a big site with a lot of functionality.
I was wondering about the GD plugins being out of date causing an issue, but I looked through the changelog and didn’t see anything obvious that might have been addressed. I’d be happy to try and update things if you guys can’t find anything.
Do be careful with everything as this is a live production website. We’ve got backups, but still.
Thanks!
