Well… I’m not sure what to think. That worked perfectly but doesn’t reflect any of the previous ones I’ve had previously. Did you set that up while logged in as an admin? I wonder if that was a factor.

WP is just one version outdated.
Will post details privately
Thanks in advance,
Jacob
Sounds like there isn’t a way to achieve what I’m asking for. Thanks for the suggestions.
January 18, 2018 at 8:31 pm in reply to: Temporary VS Permanent Permalink – Emailed to Business Owner #413351Stiofan, we are one version behind on WP Core but all WPGeo plugins are up to date. We can’t update WP right now as there is a conflict we have to resolve first.
I’ll add however that the issue I’m describing is one that has ALWAYS been present in the 2+ years we’ve been using WPGeoDirectory.
If you are open to taking a look now I can share those details or if you would prefer wait until it is fully updated I can return here once that has been done (probably a week out)
Thanks Alex. Making that work as an alternative is what I’m going for.
I think you misunderstood my question. I do not need help exporting the data. I’ve already built a custom plugin to push the data to my email solution. I understand that I could add to or tweak that customization to push the Post_id out to the email solution as well… but without doing that is there a way to provide a URL to the business owner via email that they can click that takes them directly to the upgrade page using the listing’s permalink?
The email associated with the listing.
I’m still missing it. On my account page (https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/) I see a ton of options but not the Stripe addon.
Thank you for your suggestions. It seems to have improved a lot. Will monitor for now and if something unusual comes up will let you know.
Kiran, thank you. Not sure what I was doing differently but glad it worked for you!
I generally have Marker Cluster and a lot of the other addons installed and active but had removed them last week when I had issues. I will restore them now.
Thank you again for your support!
Thank you very much. I look forward to any help you can provide!
This reply has been marked as private.Ok, I just did some more testing.
I deactivated ALL network plugins
I deactivated ALL plugins on the sub-site where I run GeoDirectory
I reinstalled and activated GeoDirectory on the sub-site.
The entire network went down.
I remove GeoDirectory and everything comes back up.Can this still be a plugin conflict given that it was only activated on 1 sub-site on the network… all by itself without any other plugins but it brought down the entire network?
If that isn’t a plugin conflict what else can I troubleshoot?
If it is a plugin issue then its over my core WordPress knowledge given what I’ve done to troubleshoot to this point.
There are some that do need to be updated for sure. But isolated, geodirectory by itself without any other active plugins was doing the same thing. So I don’t think its a plugin to plugin compatibility issue.
