Nope, I wasn’t. Didn’t even know there was a version 0.03. Does it not show up as an update?

Anyway I upgraded and it fixed the issue.

Ok. Unfortunately for free listings I only allow one image to be uploaded. I would like to change this so the sidebar widget moves higher up the page.

    Can that be an option?

Also the image in the slider is I believe meant to show in a modal, when clicked but it isn’t.

Well even if I show the home map on my listings page the clusters don’t work. As you see on that page there is a home page map and a listing page map.

For the purposes of this site I want all the icons to show up, not just the ones for the listings showing on the page

Ok, looks as though the place custom post type wasn’t showing. Added that in and I have a business owner option showing up now.

Thanks. I used the edit function. It would still be great if you could add a text widget to the top of the page.

Also after doing this I looked at my site from a non user point of view to see what happens when they claim a listing. I wanted to make sure they had the option to upgrade.

The problem is I don’t see a claim listing option, despite having the claims manager plugin installed.

Will post a private reply with login details

When will the new version be available so I can update it on my site? Presumably the auto upgrade only works for the plugins and not the themes?

    Thanks

Sure it would just be easier to have the filter option.

    As per this image: http://screencast.com/t/zwx9PYqfDg9k

I don’t think it is a particularly complicated fix, it would just make life easier and the plugin better.

That’s on the front end. I want to see inside the places custom post type on the back end.

    Thanks Giri,

I understand that. What I am saying is that I want to have the widgetised home page, but it is showing the title for my blog page, not for the home page.

What I think you should be doing in the themes you provide with the plugin is to have a front page template which you can apply to a static page which will give you the widgets.

At the moment I have my home page showing my blog page title. I don’t want it to say blog.

You can see the site at http://www.ludlowholidays.com

If there is not an easy fix for this, what would be the best way to add the map into the top of my static home page?

Yes they are. The point I am making is that the WP Spam Shield plugin which I think is exceptional at stopping spam is not working with some reason. Before I raise a support ticket with them to find out why I want to know whether or not geodireectory plugin modifies the core wordpress login/registration system as well?

If it does then I cannot expect WP SPam Shield to look at the bug, if it doesn’t then I can.

    Does that clarify my question?

My pleasure. But what I want to know is whether you are modifying the core wordpress login/registration? If you are not then I will raise this as a ticket with WP Spamshield. If you are I would ask you to add it in as a feature request somewhere down the line to find another way to do it as I believe hacking core WordPress functionality tends not to be a great idea.
