Thanks for the idea, but looks like they create divs of their own with classes that force a break.

This was a standalone WordPress site, newly deployed with only 1 other plugin installed before it was installed. So not sure what happened, other than the countries table failed to get created the first time and at reinstall. Either way, I found a workaround to get the missing table created..

Not sure if anybody else has or will run into this problem, but including the sql file here to add the table in (using wp_ as the table prefix – feel free to search/replace with whatever you’re using). Just rename extension from .txt to .sql.

I installed a brand new install of wordpress locally and installed the plugin. I then exported the countries table from there and imported it into my site. I think that has me working again, but can’t understand why this table didn’t install the two times I ran the plugin install.

I did that, saw that the countries table I had manually created was still there, so I deleted that as well via phpMyAdmin. I then reinstalled the plugin, ran through the setup, including setting a default location of Tucson, AZ and then adding 10 entries of dummy data. When I went to add a place, it told me I could only add something in Philadelphia. So I went back to the settings and once again set my default location to Tucson, AZ. I then added a place and when I went to the new place page, it didn’t show a location on the map – map says “No Records Found”. I went back into my places and see that the place I created was added in Philadelphia (same as all the dummy data). I also went to take a look at my database again and it showed no table with countries. Something just seems wrong with how this is getting installed, to where the countries table is not getting created and is, in turn, creating other issues.

It would be much better if I could get whatever instructions there may be to delete everything, to include all related MySQL database entries and try to start this over from scratch and see if I run into the same thing. Is it possible to get that information? At this point, I’ve only added one entry (successfully after manually creating the countries table in the DB and adding the United States). It won’t be a big loss to start over.

Looking into the php files, I found where the table for the countries should be created, but it wasn’t in my case. I manually added in the table and added in the data for United States. Do you happen to have something I can import the rest of the countries? It might not be a big deal, since I will only use listings within the United States, but it also makes me a bit uneasy wondering if there was anything else that didn’t get created from the start.

I am trying to add a listing, but I get an error telling me that “Address fields are required.”

    Error

It looks like because there are no countries anywhere to be found, I can’t add any addresses. I have run through the setup wizard again already, but still run into the same thing. Is there something that didn’t get populated in the database maybe? I had 10 places added via the dummy data and none of those have countries listed, either. But I can’t add any new listings without a country, apparently.
