For 2) Country, region and city are not mandatory in urls. So it is difficult to detect correct CPT url structure and listing if urls are like

Those options shown in screenshots are multiselect custom field options. You can’t save options for both language at once at CPT(Cantine) > Settings > Custom Fields > Servizi offerti > Option Values.
Use options for default language and translate options for other language.
Ex: use option “Accommodation possibilities” in option values and translate it via custom field translate to “Possibilità di pernottamento”See for more info: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/multilingual/#custom-fields

I have done some debugging and found something conflicts that prevents saving GD data.
If you have staging/test site then provide us details so we can check there by disabling non-db plugins there to check what causing conflicts. Or allow use to disable non-Gd plugins on your live site.Thanks,
