Please try after clearing your browser cache.
Did you allowed .webp images from CPT Settings > Custom Fields > Images?
If still not working then provide site link and admin credentials in a private reply.

Hi Kathy,
/media/ is category archive page so is also lists listings has main category and child categories assigned.
On search page it searches for particular category or categories. That’s why we allowed to search by single category and multiple categories on search.

I looks like was a cache issue. I just re-saved one of listing and images are back.

If your other site is using came theme, then just copy/paste following file from current site on to other site.
WP_ROOT\wp-content\themes\supreme-directory\inc\geodirectory-compatibility.php
