    Hi,

    I have enabled Social Importer.. (to import from TripAdvisor).

    I went to my CTP (restaurants) and added New Business, but the social importer field is not found..

    Can you please advise..

    it is now been installed again, as I needed to test a few settings.

    Now it is installed,.. and what other fields do I need to set so the social importer works..

    It is not showing.. (yes.. I have reinstalled the social importer)..

    Hey Alex..

    I know you guys work so hard.. but simple things like this is causing us users heaps of problems..

    I have my team trained on using the BackEnd updates.. so they all use the WordPress Login, and add via the backend dashboard.. (which we need to do for all types of stuff)..

    The social import option is NOT VISIBLE through the dashboard.. but we need to use the “AddListing” which is not part of the dashboard to do it..

    may I suggest..

    1) a simple note would help you guys from avoiding being asked stupid questions..

    2) to actually have the feature directly through the Dashboard?

    That link works on my test site. Make sure to enable Trip Advisor.

    Also the doc has been updated with clarifying information about the use of the frontend editor in 2 places.
