You have disabled profile tab on detail page via package description limitation. You have set description limit to 0 to hide profile tab.
I have removed it and now profile tab is visible.

I can’t replicate similar issue on my test site with shortcode you have mentioned.

Hello Matt,
You are using old version of GeoDirectory and it’s plugins. Please update them first.
FTP credentials you provided working but it not showing any files in directory. Provide access to WordPress root directory for that FTP account.

Let us know which snippet plugin you are using. I have checked your site plugin manager and not any snippet plugin found installed.
Let us allow to install snippet plugin(from our side) to check my snippet code.

“Near Me” text on featured area is coming from Location Manager plugin. I have translated that text and uploaded geodirlocation-es_AR.mo file under languages directory.
Now “Near Me” is translated.Please check and let us know.
