Keep getting a HTTP 500 Error with any search submission using the “Near” Field. Anything else works fine. Please advise. http://www.drebizdirectory.com

    Hello,

you will need an SSL cert for your site to use Geolocation services with the GMaps API.

I can do that, But… I do not have a SSL on other directories and it works fine.
Not sure this will resolve the issue.

Have you contacted your host? Can you share the server error log here?

We would be happy to look over that for you. In most cases 500 errors are server-related and the logs could shed some additional light on the issue.

Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.

    Hello Matt,

You are using old version of GeoDirectory and it’s plugins. Please update them first.

FTP credentials you provided working but it not showing any files in directory. Provide access to WordPress root directory for that FTP account.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

How can I update from WordPress Plugin Dashboard? Some have no option to update. If I just re-upload the plugin, will I lose related information. There is no option to put license codes in Geodirectory, (That page is blank) to allow updating from Dashboard. Please advise.

Yes! Seems to be working as expected now. Thank you very much. Just double checking, and to be clear, will not need SSL Certificate?
