Hi Look,
That admin password also not working, because you forgot to update .htaccess file in /test/ directory.
I have updated and now admin credential working.I checked in your backend and there are some place listings there. From where they listings are created?
I need fresh test site which has not performed conversion.
– Create a test site from live site
– Disable GeoTheme theme
– Install GD + GD Addons
Then leave for us to test conversion from our side so we can do debugging.Also we need admin credentials of you main site to look what listings are there with GeoTheme.

a) I don’t understand what you mean by a “Normal” listing. Can you please explain further.

Normal listing means the listing which have franchise feature not enabled. Normal listings are default listings.

eg 1: On the silver package a business can, for example, list all three locations they operate out of, meaning they have three detail pages. That’s correct isn’t it? If they then drop to the bronze package (which doesn’t allow franchise settings) I’m presuming they will lose two detail pages. Is this correct?

As i said no listings gets deleted on moving franchise enabled package to franchise disabled package. Those listings treated a how rest of listings working.

eg 2: I also have situations whereby a business may have three teachers teaching out of the one location. On the silver package (with franchise enabled) each teacher can have their own detail page. If they decide to drop back to the bronze package (with no franchises allowed) what page will remain? And are the other pages retrievable? i.e. do they go to drafts or are they deleted altogether?

All listings remains there, now page/listing will be deleted on changing package. Listing(teacher page) status will be set depends on new package(bronze) settings.

b) Can businesses change their categories after they’ve been published?

If businesses is owner of listing then businesses can change their categories. Only listing owner can edit listing details.Thanks,

There is an JavaScript error that breaks slideshow and other JavaScript functionality on pages. The error is “SyntaxError: missing ; before statement” in file /wp-content/cache/minify/1adb0.js
When i disabled the Minity option from WP Super Cache the error was disappeared and slideshow worked fine. So seems problem occurs after JavaScript minification.

a) The silver package allows people to have franchises, the bronze package does not.
If, at the end of the trial the business decides to drop to the bronze package what happens to their franchise settings?
< If package does not have the franchise feature active then all listings with this package will be treated as a normal listings.
How does the plugin determine what location remains and which locations it drops?
< It does not drops any listings, it just treats those franchise listings as a normal listings.
b) The silver package allows people to list in up to 6 categories, while the bronze only allows people to list in 2 categories.
If, at the end of the trial the business decides to drop to the bronze package what happens to their extra categories?
< It un-assigns the categories from the listing if the no. of categories exceeds the no. of categories allowed in that package.
How does the plugin determine what categories the business remains in and what it drops?
< First 2 categories will be remain assigned to the listings and last 4 categories will be un-assigned
from listing.Let us know.

I cleared Super Cache & Autoptimize cache and now it is working.
If this happen again please let us know detailed steps how to re-create the problem from our side. So we can investigate more.

Check now, the problem has been fixed.
There was a problem in your site .htaccess file. The .htaccess file has one line “RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !.yourwebsite.com.* [OR]” in rewrite rules code. In this line yourwebsite.com should be your host name.

Payment Manager is still v1.4.4 it should be updated to v2.0.2. To update from v1.4.4 to v2.0.2 follow this documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/payments-manager-v2-setup/.
After Payment Manager update if problem is till there, then provide us FTP credentials so we can look into more.

Hi Alex,
Are you sure tabs structure messed up because of WPML String Translation plugin? Because currently on your site WPML String Translation v2.5.4 is active which is most recent version.
I am also using same version of plugin in my test site. But i can’t recreate problem in my test site.
Even currently your site has WPML String Translation v2.5.4 is active and tabs displayed without any problem.Let us know.
