It depends on for which purpose the plugin gd-system-plugin.php is added. Disabling that plugin may disables other features, if it has any. I am not sure which features added via that plugin. You should ask plugin owner/developer.
My point is, you can’t use two caching system same time. You should check this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp
Kiran
I have disabled it via renaming it to “gd-system-plugin.php-“.
Mu plugin can be disabled only via renaming file(ex: gd-system-plugin.php-) or by removing file from “mu-plugins”
Please see: https://codex.wordpress.org/Must_Use_Plugins#mw-content-textHello Jamie,
Looked into your site and found that your site seems running with another caching system aslo via mu-plugin “gd-system-plugin”.
I found this mu-plugin causes conflicts and breaks the caching system of GD Booster. When i disabled that mu-plugin the image gallery worked well.
Let us know.
Thanks,

KiranHello,
Currently there is no shortcode available to add upgrade link in claim success message.
We have already option to upgrade listing during claiming. You can enable it from GeoDirectory -> Listing Claims -> Options -> Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure. Enabling this option will ask user to choose package to upgrade listing.Kiran
Did you followed instructions given here? https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/missing-update-notifications/#post-129196
If you follows instructions then it will provides options to update plugins same like core update. It don’t required to rename or delete plugin.
But,
If you want to do it manually then rename old plugin and upload new, and then run tool from GD Tools -> Clear DB Versions.New updates have bug fixes, some security fixes and some new features, it don’t loose any settings or a data. If you are worried about losing any settings or data then you have chance to take full backup before updating.
Thanks,
KiranHi Cheryl,

Hi Cheryl,
It seems you are using Payment Manager v1.3.3 which is too older than current one v1.4.4. This may causing the redirect issue.
Please follow this thread which had a same problem: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/checkout-payment-redirect-problem/
Also this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/checkout-payment-redirect-problem/#post-339409If you still have a problem after update let us provide admin & FTP credentials so we can look into more.
Thanks,
KiranYes on fresh install it may fix double country problem. It is good to import first less listings (around 100) with “Congo, Democratic Republic of the” for test purpose. But make sure country names must be same as in countries table.
If you are going to import on fresh data then first setup all the configuration correctly, like default location, location settings, permalinks, google map api etc.
Please check first around 100 listings and tell us how it goes. Then if you find any problem just let us know.
Kiran

KiranHi Marelize,
– Default country seems working fine as expected. Please check i have imported few listings to test it.
– You country name like “Congo, Democratic Republic of the” / “Congo, Republic of the” in post_country column in csv file.
I have imported on listing under “Congo, Democratic Republic of the” see http://maps.exxafrica.com/location/congo-democratic-republic-of-the/
– http://maps.exxafrica.com/location/tunisia/ http://maps.exxafrica.com/location/algeria/ working fine after running tool from GeoDirectory -> GD Tools -> Sync GD Categories & Location category countsYou have blank location names set for default location, set correct location as a default location under GeoDirectory -> MultiLocations -> Manage Location. there should not blank entries in locations table.
You have double for same countries like “Democratic Republic of the Congo” & “Congo, Democratic Republic of the”. There should be one country and correct one is “Congo, Democratic Republic of the”Please provide FTP & Database details so we can fix double entries for same country.
FYI: Once you done with checkin, you can delete test listings created for test by me.
Let us know.
Thanks,
KiranHi Alex,
This is not a bug, you have a Location page not translated for DE language. So it redirects to the EN location page as it couldn’t find location page in DE language.
I have translated it now for German and not it working fine. Thanks,
KiranHi Matt,
There was two reason that breaks one is JS error and one from your theme.
– You have used <script> tag in Google JS Embed Code in Theme -> Customize -> Header -> Analytics code. You have to use JS code without script tags.
– One of file custom-functions.php of your theme has defined ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE variable, which is used in WPML plugin (i should be to checked WPML availability before define ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE ). so our functions conflicts as ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE is defined and WPML not.I have fixed both these. Let us know.
Thanks,
Kiran -
