I have checked and found:
– Your site is running with claim Manager plugin of v1 version, please remove it and install v2 version.
– I checked all attachments for the listings and except “Fight Fit Academy” listing all the listings does not have any attachment generated for other sizes like thumbnail, medium etc. So those listings are showing original images when it not finds thumbnail image for those listings. You have can images for “Fight Fit Academy” listing that it is showing thumbnail size there.I also tried to create a new listing and it also generated thumbnail size of images uploaded under it.

I have checked author page template from theme editor and it looks like author template is designed to display only specific post types supported by theme. It does not have any code to show other post types like places, events.
Provide us FTP credentials to look into more.

Admin credentials are no longer working for me, please check.
Default timezone in business hours is used from default location settings. What timezone is set in your default location at GeoDirectory > Settings > Default Location?

I have checked and found that plugin “SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle” causing issue. It conflicts and prevents adding shortcode button to the editor. I am checking more to find solution to prevent this conflict.

We have allowed to customize map popup template for each post type. It will be in next release of v2.0.0.90.
Try this patch https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/pull/1159/commits/e804523b96e913ffcd83b5492f649bf7233fbd5b
Now you can use template for different post type with name map-popup-POSTTYPE.php.
Example:
To customize template for “gd_place” post type map popup you have to copy template file from /plugins/geodirectory/templates/map-popup.php to /YOURTHEME/geodirectory/map-popup-gd_place.phpLet us know.

Or try manually:
– Create sub-folder in current WordPress root. Ex /public_html/staging/

Packages display order in claim form fixed. Actually packages were displayed in order what they saved in claim packages option from package settings.
I have fixed this issue and patch applied on your site too.

Packages option are designed to list in display order already, but on your site something preventing packages to display in that order.
Provide us FTP credentials to check more.
