Please provide us FTP credentials so we can check why it is not working on your site.

I checked and found that you have mixed file of GDv1 & GDv2 for all GeoDirectory plugins. I have backup those plugins and updated v1 plugins. Now Prices and Payments section is back in GeoDirectory settings.

I also found that you have not used Invoicing plugin with Payment Manager plugin.

Long back we have introduced Payment Manager v2.0.x. Which requires Invoicing plugin (our own free plugin) to handles payments for the listings. Invoicing plugin that allows to create invoices, send them to clients and accept single or recurring payments. Invoicing can be easily used as checkout system.

During upgrade from Payment Manager v1.x to v2.0.x it converts all Payment Manager invoices into Invoicing invoices. In your case it looks like you have not used Invoicing plugin, so invoices are missing on your site.

Do following steps to setup Invoicing + GeoDirectory
– Install Invoicing plugin
– Setup Invoicing settings & gateways from Invoicing > Settings > Gateways
– In Invoicing > Settings > Tools you can find tools to integrate packages, invoices from Payment Manager to Invoicing.

We need to some debugging during v1 to v2 conversion.

Please provide us staging site with running GDv1 data and also provide phpMyAdmin & FTP credentials as well for that.

I will do conversion from my side to look what going wrong there.

Hi Manfred,

Issue has been fixed after running tool “Clear all GD version numbers” from GeoDirectory > GD Tools.

Now it shows CSS class gdp-franchise-s & gdp-franchise-m in post view.

Hi Jacob,

I checked into your site backend found that your site is running with too old version of GeoDirectory & its plugins.

Kindly update thos plugins first and let us know if you see issue after update.
