Hi jotomas,
I have applied patch for Pricing Manager & Claim Listings plugin for the multisite issue. I have also created packages from backup found on your database.
Please check and let us know that packages are correct or not.

I checked and found that OpenSreetMap does not have similar feature of “Grid Size” & “Max Zoom” for Marker Cluster just like Google has.
We will implement this options for OpenStreetMap marker cluster once they supports this options.

1. is it possible that the error message (when someone tries to leave a review without the star rating) to appear with a red color and also to move that error text above the “publish review” button, in order to be visible and not to frustrate the users?
Try following CSS snippet to apply red color to error message.
.comment-form .err-no-rating {
color: red;
}It is not possible at the moment to change order of the error message. It displayed near the element which has error.

2. Is it ok to delete the test location you published on my website?
Yes, sure.

3. Will this patch that you applied modify with the feature updates of GD plugins?
Fix is included in “Review Rating Manager” plugin so don’t worry about future updates.
Best Regards,
KiranHi,
