    Hello, i ve noticed that on the latest update you fixed number 1 from the above issues and thank you for that. Will you also fix the rest 2 issue in which i point out that the transaction details on the invoice page and email are not updated with the correct price?

    Hello again, i ve made some more tests and it seems that stripe (and i guess paypal as well, cant test this functionality in sandbox) charges the plan without the need of a renew. So, although the listings expire, the plan doesnt expire and it gets renewed automatically. I believe this is ok and the only thing that should be fixed would be the renewal emails that are being sent. Otherwise, what is the point of a subscription plan that has to be renewed, you might as well create a simple plan for lets say 1 year and then whoever wants to renew can do so.

    Just a clarification, i am aware that you can disable the expiration process, but then events dont expire as well and i need events to expire.

    Actually, its better the way it works now… Having a validation would make event packages very restrictive. Sorry, for the trouble.

    Shouldn’t the calendar in the add event page allow dates that fall inside the period of the package plan?

    So, i have 3 plans and only the platinum one can have franchises. If i make a platinum listing and enable the franchise option and then go for add franchise, then i ll get the page you see at franchise.jpg . If at that page i select a different plan, then as you said you will not be able to add a franchise (since it is not supported by the plan), however if you select the platinum plan again, then you are actually adding a new listing and not a franchise. Now, someone could get confused by seeing the packages at the top of the page and think that he/she may get charged at the selected package price and not at the franchise price. Or maybe someone thinks that the price of the package is the price of the franchise and by changing a plan to get a better deal, he/she will not get what he/she might expect.

    So, what i would expect is that when a user wants to add a franchise, he/she would get at the add listing page but without the packages being shown at the top of the page.

    I understand what you mean, my issue is that it might be confusing to use. For example, if i search for lets say “test”, i ll get some results and on the page title it will say “Search Events : ‘test'”, which is self explanatory then. However, if i perform a search using the near me field or through the calendar, then the page title will be “Search Events :”. In this case, the page title doesn’t get updated with the search term and that might be confusing for those who don’t understand how queries work. By not having the search term displayed, someone might expect to view ALL events by selecting the “all events” filter and so on.

    Similarly, when i perform a search on places, the page title on the search page gets updated with the search term only if the search term comes from the “search for” field.

    Would it be possible to have the search term be displayed on the page title of the search page in every case? Having the search term be displayed whether it comes from the “search for” field, the “near me” field, the calendar, the “category search” or any other option you offer i believe would make the search page a lot easier to understand.

    Hello Paolo, i am attaching 3 screenshots. The events-page.jpg shows the event page with the filter set at Today. It works as expected and the calendar shows the events date. If you look at calendar-date.jpg, thats the page you get by clicking on a date on the calendar. That is good so far. The problem is when i am on that page and chose a filter like past, upcoming, today, then i get the message you see on filter-results.jpg.

    If you prefer a live view then let me know and i ll make an temo admin, since the website is not live at the moment.

    Thank you. It would really help if that could be fixed.

    On another note, what happens if a customer chooses to pay with stripe or 2checkout for a plan that has a trial period? Will he get charged at the spot for the full amount of the plan or the charge will happen after the end of 2 month trial period? I assume that by choosing paypal he will get charged after the trial period, since that is what is specified on the paypal page i ve attached. Can you please clarify this for me? And if the customer gets charged after the end of the trial period, is the charge automatic or is there another process involved in that case?
