I’m terribly sorry for the delay in response. Could you try using the custom CSS code below to remove the gradient background from the popup window? Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS.

Regarding “expand the Profile to be full page now”, do you mind sharing a screenshot of what you are trying to achieve?
