Hi BJ,
Could you please tell me where do you want to display the iframe and the link to the Youtube video? Also, please share the code you trying to use and your URL please.
Thanks!
Hi,
Could you check on the Widgets? Navigate to Appearance > Widgets. If you need further help. Do you think you can share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Shari,
Could you try adjusting the “Post Content excerpt character count” in the “GD > Popular Post View” widget and see if it helps? You can access the widget section at Appearance > Widget in your WordPress dashboard. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Dominick,
That dropdown menu will only be displayed when you’ve more than one CPT. You might want to check on that. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/custom-post-types-add-on-overview/ . If you want to use custom CSS, try inserting an !important as shown below.
.search_by_post { display: none!important; }
Thanks!
Hi Dave,
I’ve just discussed this with my colleague and I think I know what you needed there. To clarify, you needed the link to the detail page from listings or search pages to open in a new _blank window. If this is what you needed, there are two options you can choose to achieve this.
#1 Using a JS Script
#2 Replace the template using a child theme.Furthermore, let us know if you needed this functionality in the widgets.
Thanks!
Hi Dave,
Sorry, I’m not sure if I’m getting this. Are you trying to insert a link somewhere on the homepage that links to a category listing? Could you tell us a little bit more about what you’re trying to achieve here?
Thanks!
Hi Wendy,
Sorry, that isn’t possible to achieve without custom work. Anyway, are you having issues with it?
Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi besfe besfe,
I’d suggest contacting the vendor support for this GD Business Hours plugin http://sfcplugins.com/contact-us/ as there only you’ll get the best solution.
Thanks!
Hi lonewolf95665,
Have you tried using Google Analytics? Check out this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-google-analytics/ It should have the functionality to track unique visitors and should provide in depth info about what they actually did or viewed on your Website. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
June 1, 2016 at 12:20 pm in reply to: Photo Images for Listing Summary and Individaul Listing #201701Hi Wendy,
I’m able to see the issue now. Could you try uploading an image with the minimum size of 1400×788 for the feature image? It is mentioned in this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/supreme-directory-overview/ . Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Wendy,
Could you tell us which theme are you using? If it’s Supreme directory, then it is a bug and it’s already fixed in the latest release, which has to be updated manually as it’s a child theme. Could you please check on it? Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Wendy,
Kindly navigate to GD > Place Settings > Locate “Email” field. Please check if you’ve inserted the correct email address. http://prntscr.com/bav12f
Thanks!
Hi Wendy,
This looks like a duplicate. Let’s just refer to this thread https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/photo-images-for-listing-summary-and-individaul-listing/
Thanks!
Hi Wendy,
Could you try removing the map widget from Appearance > Widget > Listing Top Section? Locate the Listings Top section and see if you’ve a map widget there.
Thanks!
