Hi S,
Thanks for your post. Did you reorder it last time? https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/ . If not, please renew your GD membership and share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you.
Hi Ernesto,
Thanks for your post. Could you check your default “Add Listing” page https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/add-listing/ and see if you’ve selected the “Event” add listing page?
If you want us to check this out for you, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply.
July 13, 2019 at 11:25 am in reply to: what settings need to be in place to restrict who can add listings #497485Hi julieo,
Thanks for your post. A subscriber doesn’t have an access to create a post. It will only allow submitting listings. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that I could check on it?

July 12, 2019 at 9:09 pm in reply to: Need help fixing detail page spacing and homepage view #497454Hi
Thanks for your post. Please allow me to answer your questions accordingly.
1. You can use the custom CSS code below to fix the top padding issue.
#main { padding-top: 100px; }
2. You need to apply this parameter layout=”4″ to your GD listing shortcode.
3. What’s the sidebar issue about? Could you elaborate?
Hi David,
1. The details page template is used for displaying the details of the listing https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/details/ . You can’t use any other template for this.
2. That’s not possible unfortunately.
Hi Paul,
Thanks for your post. Kindly share some screenshots of the issue and share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you.
Thanks!
Hi Jose,
Thanks for your reply. Glad that you sorted it out yourself. You can refer to the pricing table here from Google. https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/sheet/?&sign=0
I would say it’s free unless you have 40k visitor permonth.
Hi edge,
I’ve tried uploading and reordering the image and still, it’s not changing. I’ll get a dev to check on this.
Hi Jose,
You can use post directions. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/maps/#gd_post_directions
Could you give it a try?
Thanks
Hi Ben,
Thanks for your message. Sorry, I’m not getting this. Could you elaborate a little bit more? Or perhaps you can share some screenshots?
Hi Evan,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve corrected the GD Details Page for you https://www.suitevacations.ryepoint.net/places/united-states/west-virginia/marlinton/land/development-land/ and could you please check?
Hi kerry,
Thanks for your post. Could you try using the custom CSS code below and see if it helps?
#main-content ul li { width:100%!important; }
July 12, 2019 at 7:08 am in reply to: How do you remove Stars and "No Reviews" from profile listings #497302Hi buyer11,
Thanks for your post. There isn’t an option to remove that and could you share your Website URL here in question so that I could inspect it?
