Thanks for your post. Did you install the correct version of the Supreme Directory theme? There are two versions GDv1 and GDv2. Also, double check the Directory Starter Theme version too. If you think you have this correct, kindly share both WP and FTP access in private reply and we’ll troubleshoot this further.
