The FTP credentials seem invalid. Could you please double check? Or could you login to your FTP and deactivate the Ninja Forms plugin by renaming the plugin folder?

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, this can’t be done out of the box. The review will be applied to the listing itself and not the custom fields/products inside it. What you needed there would require customization.
