Hi samsamem,
Thanks for your post. It’s compulsory to have a Google API key if you wish to use Google map. Another option would be to change to “OpenStreetMap” in the GD settings.
Thanks!
Hi Matt,
Thanks for your post. Kindly share your WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check on it. In the meantime, please make sure all your GD addons are updated.
Thanks!
Hi Dennis,
Thanks for your reply. You can display a Gd > Dashboard widget on your page sidebar and there, you’ll be able to access to your listings as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/account-management/#gd . Have you given it a try?
Thanks!
Hi Kathy,

Hi Sean,
Thanks for your post. You can configure the template on the page as shown in the attached screenshot. Could you give it a try and see if it’s what you’re looking for?
Thanks!
Hi Zul,
Thanks for your patience. I’ve just inspected your Website and I noticed that most of your listings do not have a category assigned to it. The listing will not be displayed without a category. Also, could you list the steps to replicate the said issue?
Hi Robert,
Thanks for your reply. I thought I’ve shared a solution regarding the logo link here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/gd-v2-linking-logo-back-to-home-landing-page/#post-463883 . Did that method work out? Also, the featured images are all displaying fine here to when I inspected this link https://shoprva.com/location/united-states/virginia-1/richmond-city/ .
If all doesn’t work still, kindly share your WP admin access here and we’ll check your GD setup.
Thanks!
Hi Tania,
Thanks for your post. Please allow me to answer your questions accordingly.
1. You can hide the avatar using a custom CSS code https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
2. We’d need to check your Website backend to inspect this. Could you provide WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it?
Thanks!
Hi Ellory,
Thanks for your post. Could you share your WP admin access here in private reply so that I could check your GD setup?
Thanks!
January 21, 2019 at 3:31 pm in reply to: Scraped Google maps image import from URL doesn't work #464481Hi Duane,
Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, you can use that type of link on GD or WP. You’ll need to download the image manually and upload it as a valid jpg file.
Thanks!
Hi Fernando,
Thanks for your post. Sorry, I’m not getting this, are you trying to display the listing details on the sidebar? Are you using GDV2 and also, could you possibly share your Website URL here in question so that we could take a look at your GD setup?
Thanks!
Hi Zul,
Thanks for your reply. Just letting you know that I’m looking into this now and I will get back to asap!
Thanks!
Hi lisec73,
Thanks for your post. I’ve just tested GDV2 marker cluster on my local dev site and it works fine. I suspect it has got something to do with a plugin conflict. Could you deactivate all non-gd plugins and see if it works?
Thanks!
Hi Rafaela,
Thanks for your reply. You should set both Listing and Search Sidebars the same width so that the images looked the same size.
If you wish to have the images display full size, you’ll need to apply the custom CSS code below into your Website.
.geodir_category_list_view li .geodir-post-img .geodir_thumbnail { background-size: contain!important; } -
