Good to know that you’ve solved it. Not sure if it affects other pages. Could you double check? Or try the method shared by Kai Liu and see if it works better.
Thanks!

Hi laurence anthony,
Thanks for your reply. There isn’t an option that allows you to do this but we can possibly hide information on the author pages using custom CSS. Would like to give it a try?
Thanks!

Hi Eric,
Thanks for your reply. You can refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/themes/supreme/#style that explains how to “remove the categories under the search box” .
You can always find a freelance developer here http://geodirectoryexperts.com/ that could help you with the customizations.
Thanks!
Hi eic2010,
Thanks for your reply. There isn’t an option that allows you to insert the search form to the location that you’ve highlighted on the screenshot. It would require customization and I hope you understand.
Thanks!
Hi Robert,
Thanks for your post. I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to post a listing without issues https://shoprva.com/places/united-states/virginia-1/richmond-city/activities/gd-test/ . Also, the link you shared here https://shoprva.com/places/united-states/virginia-1/richmond-city/technology/shop-rva-llc/ works fine too. Did you somehow fix this on your own?
Thanks!
Hi Eric,
Thanks for your reply. You can possibly achieve this by removing the “Near” field using custom CSS https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/ and change the wording on the first search box using the translation method https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/overview/#intro . Then you should be able to search the listings using titles or contents for all your listings in any categories.
