The right and left arrow icons in the Ultimate Beaver Image Carousel break if the GeoDirectory plugin is active. Not sure the conflict or a workaround? Assuming this would effect other FontAwesome icons throughout the site. I have tried all variation of the steps shared here with no luck: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/font-awesome/

    Hi Katie,

If you go to Settings > Font Awesome you can select to use an old version of FA or force version 5 to use CSS instead of JS. Most likely that is the problem.

Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

Didn’t seem to work. I tried all the other versions with no luck either.

    Hi Katie,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve made adjustments on Settings > Font Awesome. Could you check and see if it’s fixed?

    Thanks!

It didn’t fix it, it made them disappear altogether. Before there was a square box/outline where the icons would be, now there isn’t anything there.

ok, how about now? I’m able to see the arrows on both sides.

    Thanks!

Please check now (after clearing browser cache). CSS only + 4.7.1 seems to work for me.

    Let us know.

    Thanks
