Thanks for your reply. You’ll need another custom CSS to fix that. Insert the custom CSS code below into WP > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Click Publish once you’ve pasted the code.

As mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/gd_author_actions/#upgrade , “The ‘Upgrade’ link only shows when the listing has a package that has the option ‘Has Upgrades’ checked.” and “The ‘Renew’ link only shows when the listing has the ‘Expired’ status. For a listing to be set to be Expired, the price package must be set to Downgrade to ‘Expired’.”
