The category icons can be changed in the WP backend. Locate your CPT category and change the icon over there. Or am I misunderstanding your question?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just checked on my local installation and it looks fine. So it seems this is isolated to your side for some reason. I’ve just inspected your Website and I’m able to see the issue you had there. I’ve added two reviews and it’s displaying “2 Reviews” now but the total is 4. I’ll forward this to a developer for further investigation.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just inspected your Website and I’m able to see the issue you had there. To fix this, I’ve deactivated the “GeoDirectory Rest API”. Could you check and see?

Thanks for your post. Could you share your Website URL here so that I could check on the console error? This is normally caused by an issue with your Google Map API Key. Then, share your WP admin access here and we’ll check your GD setup.

Please make sure sure that you’re using the right tool to make the csv edits. Libreoffice. If the issue persists, could you share the CSV file here so that we could check?
