Hi Nayda,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, that can’t be done. A category will only be displayed if it’s assigned to a listing. You’ll need customization to achieve what you needed there.

Thanks for your reply. Looks like you’re unfamiliar with FTP. You can create FTP access through your Godaddy account or ask Godaddy to create one for you. If you’re new to this, I’d suggest getting help from a freelance dev here http://geodirectoryexperts.com/ .

Thanks for your reply. Before we assist you further with this, kindly make sure that you do not network activate any of the GD plugins, they need to be activated on a site per site basis. Also, grant me “Full Admin” access to your site so that we could troubleshoot this further.
