Hi Neil,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve inspected your Website and it looks like you’ve set up everything correctly. However, I noticed that you’re using both WP Super Cache and Autoptimize plugin together. Which usually causes issues if both are not configured correctly as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/wp-super-cache/ . Maybe you can try deactivating both cache plugins and try updating the profile image and see if it works.
Thanks!
Hi Simone,
Thanks for the update.

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, this isn’t something that is currently possible to achieve out of the box and would require customization.
Thanks!
Hi Kathy,
Thanks for your post. By default, there is a close button and it seems the navigation menu is blocking it. Kindly insert the custom CSS code below to fix this. Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS.
.geodir-page #simplemodal-container { top: 100px !important; }Hi James,

Hi James,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve just checked your Website and I noticed that you’ve some GD plugins which require an update. Kindly, install the WP Easy Updates and add your license keys to get updates of the add-ons.
You can find your license keys here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/
Once you’ve done that, share the URL of the page where I can see the search form and we’ll check this out further.
Thanks!
