Hi Hendrik,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins and our suggestion would be to use this plugin https://userswp.io/downloads/recaptcha/ which is created by us to achieve what you needed there. I hope it helps.
Thanks!
August 13, 2018 at 4:56 pm in reply to: Slider and shortcodes not loading properly in CPT fields #442232Hi Dreamview,
Thanks for your post. I’ve just inspected both pages and both shortcodes worked fine. Check out the attached screenshot. Did you sort it out yourself? If not, tell us a little bit more about the issue. Which browser are you using for this test? How do you replicate it? Perhaps you can share some screenshots?
Thanks!
Hi Charles,
Thanks for providing FTP access. It definitely helps. Our developers will attend to you asap!
Hi Timothy,
Thanks for your reply. You can achieve this by using the custom CSS code below. Insert into Gd > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) { div#sticky_map_geodir_map_v3_home_map_1 {display:none!important} }August 13, 2018 at 4:29 pm in reply to: Use short codes from other plugins in a custom html field. #442220Hi Giovan,
Thanks for your post. Could you try the method I’ve mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/shortcode-as-custom-field/#post-437112 and see if it helps?

Hi Timothy,
Thanks for your reply. Could you elaborate a little bit about what you mean by “Move the map to the bottom section”? If you want to turn off the map completely on mobile, you can use custom CSS code to remove it.
Thanks!

Hi Glenn,
You can try the method here and see if it helps https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/edit-copyright-section-in-footer/#post-441541 . But first, you’ll have to remove the code snippet plugin folder from your WP plugin folder.
Thanks!
Hi Hendrik,

Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. Looks like the Location Manager addon is not installed correctly. Kindly remove the Location Manager Addon from your plugins folder and try installing it again. If you’re not sure, kindly share your WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.
Thanks!
Hi Yevhen,
Thanks for your post. Kindly share your WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it. In the meantime, could you try downloading/uploading only the “Location Manager” addon plugin again and see if it works? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#upload
Thanks!
Hi Danielle,
Thanks for your reply and I’m sorry to hear about the problem. I’ve taken another look at your Website and it looks like the section you’re referring to is created manually using HTML and Custom CSS. Could you tell us where did you keep the custom CSS code for that section?
Thanks!
