Hi there,
Thanks for your post. Regarding your issue, there could be more than one 3rd party plugin affecting this. Please try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it helps? If the issue persists, please share WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check further.
Thanks!
Hi Philip,
Thanks for your post. Please install the WP easy updates plugin and update the license key as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates . Then you should be able to update the plugin directly without issues.
Hi Cesar,
Sorry for my mistake. Have a look at our UsersWP plugin, which has a check box with “I accept the Terms & Conditions” or “I have read and understand the Privacy Policy” on the register page.
Hi Atila,
Insert the custom CSS code below into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
select.search_by_post { display: none!important; }Hi Matt,,
Thanks for your post. Just inspected your Website and it looks like your original logo size is too huge. Could you resize it to around 200px x 150px ? Or you can try using the custom CSS code below to correct the height and margin. If it doesn’t help, kindly share WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.
.site-logo img { max-height:150px!important; } .site-logo-wrap .site-logo { margin-top: 0px!important; }Hi Joe,
Thanks for your post. I’ve just tested your Website on my mobile iPhone using Safari and it looks fine. Check out the attached. Does it happen most of the time? Or could you try testing it on another mobile iPhone and see if it works better?
Thanks!
Hi Evan,
Thanks for letting us know.
Hi Cesar,
Kindly refer to “Add listing form settings” as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#listings
Thanks!
Hi Evan,
Please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your reply. Just inspected your Website and the footer on the author page works fine. You just need to insert a widget into the “GD Author Bottom Section” as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you’re not referring to the footer widget on the author page, you can use this custom CSS code.
.sd.search.geodir-page .site-footer, .sd.archive.geodir-page .site-footer { display: block!important; }Thanks!

Hi there,
Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, we do not have an option that allows you to achieve that. But it could be possible with 3rd party membership plugins or with JS scripts. Or you can try looking for a freelance developer here http://geodirectoryexperts.com/ that could help you with this.
Thanks!
