Hi there,
Please share the URL of the site in question so we can take a better look at it and also WP temp admin access to your site. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Brandon,
Could you please share your Website URL with me so I could tell you the correct CSS snippet to do this? You can use the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Marcus,
Not really sure what’s causing this but the custom CSS code below should fix that. Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
.panel-row-style-for-2574-1 .widget .siteorigin-widget-tinymce p { min-height: inherit !important; height: inherit !important; }Thanks!
Hi Peter,
Exporting and importing would be your best option here and may I know what error did you encounter while importing? Also, we definitely do not recommend touching the database tables unless you’re very sure what you’re doing there.
Thanks!
Hi Paul,
Unfortunately, I’ve never heard any GD users use this plugin before and we’re not sure if it’s compatible with GD. I’d suggest that you request for a demo version and test it directly on your Website. Also, we’re aiming to be compatible with as many plugins as possible so if you encounter an issue with a 3rd party plugin while using GD, definitely let us know and we’ll be happy to take a look!
Thanks!
Hi Jonathan,
Since you’ve not purchased the “Location Manager Addon”, you can only insert listings within the city, region and country you’ve specified here in GD > Set Default Location.
Thanks!
Hi Jay,
Since you’re combining both listings, you’ll have to sort out the duplicates with a 3rd party software which supports CSV files. Also, we do not have a built-in contact us form in GD and you’ll need a 3rd party plugin for that. Contact Form 7 probably?
Thanks!
Hi Jonathan,
If you would like to let your users fill out the postcode, enable this option http://prntscr.com/gwzbiv in GD > Place Settings > Address Field and you’ll need to purchase the Multilocation Addon if you would like to extend more locations for your directory.
Thanks!

What problem are you still facing? Could you explain again or probably provide a temp WP admin access so that I could take a better look at it? You can use the private reply option below.

Hi Josef,
Here’s the custom CSS code to do that.
span[itemprop="streetAddress"] , span[itemprop="addressLocality"] , span[itemprop="postalCode"] , span[itemprop="addressCountry"] { font-size: 12px!important; line-height: 12px!important; } span.geodir-i-location { font-size: 12px!important; line-height: 12px!important; }Hi Edison,
Glad that everything is working fine now. Enjoy GD and let us know if you need anything further.
Hi Lotte,
Sorry, we don’t have that but you can always create these map markers on your own or check out some of these icons for your directory https://mapicons.mapsmarker.com/category/markers/stores/apparel/
Also, you need to provide images for your all your categories so that it is displayed on the map.
Thanks!
