Hi Abu,
I believe your theme author is referring to a json file which is used to import theme settings? Please check with them.
Thanks!
August 8, 2017 at 9:46 am in reply to: Social importer error importing events "Something went wrong[12]" #390247Hi Loan,
I’m getting this console error when I tried to import some details from a Facebook page. http://prntscr.com/g5sqa7 . Could you please try deactivating all non-GD plugins and see if it works?
Thanks!
Hi Dominic,
All set, could you please check now?
Thanks!
Hi Dominic,
Please insert the custom CSS code into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
.header-right-area .gdf_welcome_login_wrap { z-index: 9999; position: relative; }Hi there,
I’ve just checked your Website and everything seems to be working fine here. Check out this screenshot http://prntscr.com/g5q4uc . Did you somehow fix this on your end? Well, let us know how it goes.
Hi Andrew,
Let me try to answer your questions accordingly.
Use this custom CSS to remove the bottom line on each paragraph.
.geodir-company_info p { padding: 5px 0 15px 0; margin: 5px 0 10px 0; border-bottom: 1px #eee solid; line-height: 19px; }#1 Use this to increase the height.
.geodir_textarea { height:200px!important; }#2 Can I have a screenshot of this?
#3 You can achieve this with a “Custom Field” and here is the section of the documentation for your reference https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#text
#4 You mean the place description text area? Or all text areas?
Thanks!
Hi Vegeta720,
You should be able to remove the widgets on the backend at Appearance Widget and display two widgets close to each other as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/g5jn8y . Have you given it a try?
Hi Scott,
Please share the “admin” access and the “editor” account so that I could check further. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Murphy,
For your first question, the translation files are not kept inside the child theme but instead, it should be inside ” /wp-content/languages/plugins/ ” folder. So, any updates to the child theme will not affect it.
Thanks!
Hi Murphy,
I don’t think that’s possible without customization. But I’ll transfer this to a developer for a second opinion.
Thanks!
Hi Soundarya,
Unfortunately, “Export Listings” are only available for “Administrative” roles in the GD backend. Also, there is currently no option to only allow “logged in users” to click on a button. This is probably possible with customization which is not provided here.
Hi Atilla,
Those settings can be found here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#redirect
Thanks!
Hi Murphy,
Sorry for the late response. Looks like I’ve overlooked this posts, I’ll check it out immediately and reply asap!
Hi Falk,
Are you trying to remove the “Phone:” on the frontend? If you are, have you tried using custom CSS? Also, please tell us a little bit more about the issue you had with the templates. Perhaps some screenshots?
Thanks!
