Sounds like a cache related issue to me. Probably there is one on your server which sometimes, clearing the cache on the Website wouldn’t be enough.

Since you’re using the “Payments Manager” addon. you need to disable the “link to business” the “Price” package section as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/fuqd5c . I’ve disabled it for you and could you check and see if it’s what you’re looking for?

Please provide WP admin access to your Website and I’ll remove the sections as shown in your screenshot for you. As for displaying “—Your search: “New York” show’s 20 Result’ near 20km—”, this would require customization.
