Hi vegeta,
Hi vegeta, you can’t just paste the youtube url but instead you have to use the embed method as shown below.
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/oLYP_lLQ8BU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Hi Denis,
Unfortunately, that would require complex customization to achieve what you needed there. Please feel free to add this into the “Feature Request” list https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/.
Thanks!
January 24, 2017 at 8:55 am in reply to: Automatic Changing of Listing status depending on no.of days #348407Hi Soundarya,
You’ll need to use the “Payment Manager” addon to add a duration on your listing. Then when it expires, it goes directly into the drafts. Here’s the reference from the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/#general and here’s where you can purchase the addon https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/payments-manager/
Hi Taku,
I’ve just checked your and I noticed that all the pages in the Gd > Permalinks section are empty. Did you intentionally remove it? If not, kindly refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-permalinks/ . Or use the GD tool > Pages Check to restore the pages https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-tools/
Thanks!
January 24, 2017 at 6:47 am in reply to: Short code [user_email] is not working when added in admin mail #348386Hi Martin,
There seems to be a bug for that particular shortcode. I’ve already alerted the developers and they will look into this asap.
Thanks!
Hi there,
You can use the custom CSS code below to remove it. Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS.
#detail_page_map_canvas .leaflet-top.leaflet-right { display: none!important; }
Hi Martin,
Unfortunately, there are currently no options that allow you to achieve this but I’d like you to check out some of these methods mentioned by the developers on this post https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/signup-page-2/#post-291372
Thanks!
Hi Gorj,
I’m not really sure what you’re trying to do but you can try creating the custom fields on GD first then export the listing and you should see the custom field columns in the csv.

Unfortunately, you can’t use more than one theme on your Website as it is a limitation from WordPress.
Thanks!
Hi Van,
I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see all of the category icons on the map. I’d like you to refer to this section of the documentation as it explains how you can exclude and include “Categories” on the map. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#map
Furthermore, check out this link for some of theme’s we’re offering. https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/category/themes/
Thanks!
Hi Abhinay,
GD uses it’s own template to display listings and maps. Follow this guide on how to get started with the pages. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory . Also, once you’ve setup everything, you can use the page builder to add your custom contents.
Hi Michael,
This code snippet will work on all “Phone” custom fields https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#phone . If you already have a phone field, just insert the code into GD > Design > Scripts > Header script code .
Hi Taku,
The archive pages use the same Listing sidebars and top sections as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/dzb87e . So whatever you inserted there should display on the archive listings as well.
Thanks!
Hi Taku,
Could you please update the credentials so that I could check further?
Thanks!
