Hi Buoy,
Are you getting any errors when you try to activate it? Please share WP admin access so that we could take a better look at it.

Hi Kristin,
Thanks for your reply and I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve been through. I’ve just made some changes to the docs and it should be clearer now. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/
Regarding the duplicate and “/’s” issue, I don’t think it’s caused by the import I’ve performed. But I’ll look into it right now and see if there’s anything I can do to remove the duplicates and “/’s” issue. Also, I’ll investigate this issue with a developer. My apologies for the hassle.
Thanks!
Hi Sven,
Sounds like a cache issue on your Chrome browser. Anyway, there isn’t any customization involve here as I’ve just corrected the locations in the “Manage Location” section. Kindly, go through this section of the documentation one more time to understand more about the settings https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/manage-location/
Thanks!
Hi Patrick,
Sorry, I made a mistake here, the [gd_listing_map] shortcode will not work in this version as mentioned in the docs https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listing . Anyway, I’d like you to know that you can’t have two CPT’s on a single page or map. You can either choose one by using it’s CPT listing pages. Example. https://mywebsite.com/sites/ or https://mywebsite.com/restaurants/ .
Thanks!
Hi Sven,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve just inspected your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. To fix this, I’ve corrected the “Default Location” in GD > Multilocations > Manage Locations. It seems to work now, could you please check on it?
Thanks!
Hi Sven,

Hi David,
This looks like a duplicate thread, kindly refer to this one https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/listing-claim-dialog-box-changes/#post-342466
Thanks!
Hi David,
Thanks for reaching us. I’d like you to know that you can change all these texts using the translation method. Check out this link https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/
Thanks!
Hi Jamie,
Could you try using the custom CSS code below and see if it works for you? Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
.gd-post-gd_used_firearms .gd-star-rating, .gd-post-gd_used_firearms .geodir-pcomments { display:none!important; }
Thanks!
Hi Kevin,
Kindly refer to this documentation and see if it helps. https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/
Thanks!
Hi Kevin,
Sorry, I’m not really sure if I’m getting this. If you’re referring to the listing page layout, you can change the layout in GD > Design > Listings > “Listing content section” view as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/dv8xij .
If you don’t want to display tabs on the details page, you can change it in GD > Design > Detail > DETAIL PAGE TAB SETTINGS > Tick “Show as list” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/dv8zev . Well, let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Paul,
Glad that you sorted it out yourself. We have tested Autoptimize and it’s compatible with GD if you’ve followed the configuration that is mentioned in this article https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/autoptimize-settings/ . So, I suspect it is either caused by this “WP Deferred Javascript” plugin or other non-gd plugins. Please take note that GD booster is not compatible with Autoptimize. Well, update us your results and if you need us to check further, kindly provide WP temp admin access.
Thanks!
Hi Patrick,
Not really sure I get what you mean there. You can probably create multiple pages and use the shortcode method to display the maps with different categories https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listing . Let me know if I’m misunderstanding your question.
Thanks!
Hi there
This looks like a cache issue. But it’s hard to tell without performing some plugin conflict tests. Are you using any cache plugin or CDN? Try switching it off and see it works. If the issue persists, deactivate all non-gd plugins and see how it goes. Also, please make sure all GD plugins are up to date.
Thanks!
