I’d like to go through this section of the documentation as it explains how you can set the field as “Required” https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#common . As for the phone field, it only makes the field clickable as explained in this section https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#phone and I don’t think there’s a way to apply restrictions to it yet.

I’ve just tested your Website by creating a new listing and everything seems to work fine on my end. I’m able to insert a location and publish it for review. That error message usually means you’ve entered an invalid address. Could you try using the “set address on map” option?

Unfortunately, that isn’t something that currently possible to achieve out of the box. Also, the custom CSS needed for the adjustment would be a bit complex which falls outside the scope of what we offer for support.
