I added the multi location add on and this seems to have fixed the JS error message about “Please choose any address…”
I added a new location which fixed the map but it only shows my new location and not any of my previous locations that I re-imported.
The issue is somewhat resolved but I still still like to know why exporting them and moving them into the gd_business custom post type caused everything to break. I went in to the settings and made sure all tabs had matching settings for every one of the tabs under the settings area.

I added the custom post type. Then I exported all my categories changing the post_type to my new gd_business custom post type. I did the same for my listings.
After I did this my maps would not work and when I try to add a new listing I get the message “Please choose any address of the (Durango) city only.” I deleted everything and then re-imported everything BACK into the default gd_places. All of my data came back but the maps still do not work and I still get the above error when trying to add a new location. My default is still set to the same Durango Colorado it always has been. Please advise as to why I am seeing this message please.
Thanks,

Thank you very much! We are very close now. I entered the custom CSS and put in the line of text that I want to display. My only issue now is that the text works find if it’s just one single word BUT if I add a line of text the message is stacked one word on top of the other. Is there any way to make this line display the full width of the page?
Screen shot attached.
Thanks,

I just double checked and we are on the “VPS Standard Web Hosting” plan.
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the reply! We just upgraded to a very expensive VPS account from a shared hosting plan. To my knowledge when we upgraded to the VPS account as your GeoDirectory system requirements stated we are pretty confident we were purchasing a fully dedicated VPS hosting plan through bluehost.
I wonder if there is any way to produce a reeding to see which plugins are hogging the most resources. If it were some that we are not using or could deactivate would that solve the issue?
Thanks,
HayleyThis reply has been marked as private.Thank you very much Kiran! I have one more issue that probably needs a new support ticket; however I did not want to have to provide the FTP and WP admin info again from above.
I specifically need to use the “GeoDirectory Pricing Manager” add on and it was well as many other of the addons cause the site admin are to go 500 error. Please advise.
Thanks,
HayleyThis reply has been marked as private.I tested this further and when I switch to the Twenty Nineteen default theme the issue seems to be resolved and the Google maps load with no warnings.
I found the following thread where a custom snippet was provided for a user with a similar theme conflict. I feel my issue may be similar to this. Please advice. I have already installed a custom snippet plugin. I am just unsure what code is causing the conflict. Thanks!
