Ok, guys – I’m scrapping this install and will try a new one or go back to my old and see if I can get that working. you can close this ticket.

One thing that I’m not sure is notable, I did originally have the home page setup to the Locations page, and then ran across docs that said that will break geodirectory. I changed it and it seems to work as expected but not sure that has anything to do with this issue…

ah ok, that makes sense. I updated that page in GD>permalinks and it works as expected now.
Will test subscriptions next.
