What was the problem to conect?… We dont understand where is the problem. Until now were active only plugins GD and its recomendations. (And Child Theme Configurator).
All Plugins (even GD) are deactivate now. Only working Child Theme Configurator. Please, confirm if you can acces the WP admin area.
Malaysia, Sweden, UK, India Netherlands and Australia are at this moment allow.
Even with maintenance page active, other suppliers can acces to web. But we have turned off maintenance page as you have asked.Please, confirm if you can acces at this moment. (If you are trying to cenect from other different country, please, tell us.
Could you tell me the country where you are trying to conect to allow the country please?
If you have read my email, you will have seen that I am not talking about any problems that may arise when accessing the web. If not, you can’t spend a whole day just reading “I can’t access your website”. And until the next day there is no answer again. Thus it is impossible to work and move forward.

I don’t know exactly what kind of clients you have. Maybe we are not that type.
We have bought full equip of your products to our site, for 12 months.
But, we don’t want to spend 12 months on have finished the site and all the DG services in our site.
We have spent 3 days and we haven’t start to design the website…
We are very used to working with plugins and templates support, but in rest of cases we can fell the support every day helping us in our work.
About your “Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (UK Time)” but you don’t answer in all day (yesterday and today exactly the same), and answer after that hour (when we don’t read and don’t answer, because we are slepping of not working: 20:48 pm, 20:50 pm, 2:29am), … So you are not follow your Support Policy.
In this way to work is not possible that we have the site online in one week. Impossible. Because the conversation between GD Support and we, and the help came back next day, and next day… and maybe your reply is only to say “I cant get login your site”… and we have lost 24 hours to know that…
Please, confirm that is you way to work, because we need to know that.
And yes, please, tell me where can we write and official complain. This is not “Premium Support”. Is far away from it. We need help and support to launch our site now, no to launch it next month
