    Hi Stiofan,

    I’ve ticked “auto zoom” in every widget, that’s why I don’t understand why it doesn’t work. Can you help me with that ?

    Thanks Guust for the help. It solved my first issue. 🙂

    But when I click on a subcategory, I’ve got a new page with a map that shows all countries. Can the zoom be put automatically ?

    @stiofan OConnor : I work as a webmaster for a client of my own and I advices her to buy the add ons so she can be the owner. But I’m the one who installs them on her website so it’s me who contact you for support. I hope it’s more clear.

    A precision to the last message.
    I’d like the latest places to be filtered with the category “ecoles-de-danse” and the popular categories to list the subcategories of the category “ecoles-de-danse”. Is that possible ?

    Thanks a lot for this link ! My API was not activated. Now it is.

    And everything work fine, I don’t have any other error messages and I can import my dummy data too. Thanks a lot to both of you 🙂

    Hi,

    Thanks for the explanation.

    My default location is set but I still have the REQUEST_DENIED error when I click on the GD menu. Here is a screen cap.

    Weird. Do you have an idea of what’s wrong ?
    Furthermore, I can’t load dummy data, it’s not working…

    I’ve checked with your API key but I still have the error (cf. attached file).

    Don’t you have it ?

    I’ve updated my API settings with yours, and I’ve got the same error…
    Maybe it is due to the browser ?

    Furthermore, can you explain me the quota thing ?

    Hi again, I thought that maybe you could try with an API key of your own so that we can figure out if the problem comes from my account or my project.

    Hi Paolo,

    I’ve deactivated the WP Maintenance plugin and created a new project so I can have a new API Key (as it is advised in your first link). The result is the same one : no records found. And I still can’t see the map to drag the map marker and choose a default location.

    Did you have some news from the developers ?
    Because my customer really needs the plugin working as soon as possible so she can add other add ons too on her website.

    PS : In Design > Map, I’ve selected a default map language : “FRENCH”. Could it be the source of the problem ?

    Hi Paolo,

    I’ve followed this instructions again and when I go to “Set Default Location”, I’ve got a Javascript error “No records found. Please just your search criteria and try again.” instead of the map.

    Here are my criteria :
    Los Angeles, California, United States
    And :
    Paris, Île-de-France, France

    How can I solve this error message ?
    Because I think the criteria are correct.
