Awesome! Thank you.
April 14, 2018 at 1:37 pm in reply to: Only one of the added cities showing up in dropdown for Add Listing form #426614For now, I have just selected “Enable multicity”. I tested the form, by entering an address in St John, and it appeared to work. I will just have to manually change the locations, for any new additions for this year’s contest.
The way our contest engine currently pulls the location data from the business listings is, it pulls the City (which was how each island was previously listed). I don’t want to risk screwing up the ballot, this close to the start of the contest, as it could cause too many problems.

In the new default location you set up, it has Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas as the default city. While Charlotte Amalie is a city in St Thomas (technically, the only city), locals only consider a certain, small part of the island (the “downtown” area) to be Charlotte Amalie. There are many other parts of the island, in which businesses are located.
We really just want there to be 3 locations (technically, 4, counting Tortola, but we are not really using that, yet): St Thomas, St John and St Croix.
April 11, 2018 at 4:55 pm in reply to: Only one of the added cities showing up in dropdown for Add Listing form #426049I already have over 3,000 listings on the site, which were using the existing locations. If I remove the current cities (really islands), and re-add them, will this mess things up with the existing listings?
We use the listings to populate a contest ballot, and allow people to vote for businesses, in different categories.
This year’s contest is about to start (this month), and I definitely don’t want to create a problem which will require significant time to fix.
