if the VIES website is reporting the number as invalid there is really nothing we can do. Please see: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/faqvies.do?locale=en#item_7
If the number quoted by your customer, even after checking, continues to be ‘invalid’, you should ask that business to contact its tax administration to request that the data in the national VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) be updated (only national tax administrations can update VIES data).
Should you find out that your business’ data are incorrect or not up to date, you should contact your own tax administration and ask for it to be corrected. Please note that some EU tax administrations will require you to submit such requests in writing or by completing a form.Thanks

this was a wee bug that only happens when the custom post type name is present in the domain name and a location is set.
In your case “places”.
The developers fixed it and applied the fix to your website.

this is what the developers find out:
– customer has installed version 1.1.3, we have recent 1.1.5
– customer has installed php extension “Suhosin Extension” on server, and here value for “suhosin.get.max_value_length” is 512
We have splits url length by 2000 chars. So on site http://marijuanatip.com it not loads css and js files as they have url splited 2000 (that exceeds then 512)
I have found this via http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7724270/max-size-of-url-parameters-in-get#answersSo now customer need to either has to increase “suhosin.get.max_value_length” or we have to decrease chars length to split urls.
In new release i will change this so chars length to split urls can be managed via hook or admin booster settings
Also during debugging at site http://marijuanatip.com/ via plugin editor it shows “500 Internal Server Error”
So need FTP details to fix this.

the problem is Theme My login. It’s not new unfortunately, that plugin breaks the query of GD.
If you disable it you will see the map goes back to normal.

That would require the search widget to be rebuilt completely.
It would be possible, but it will reqiure fe hours of work of a developer. This would be considered a customization.

Most of the time that is due to another plugin using the Chosen library too.

Yes the hosting provider should upgrade OpenSSL on your server. With the current version even Paypal transaction would probably fail on your website.

I’ve just tested with the only paid and confirmed invoice and it went through.
