1) that’s because of the size ratio of the icons you selected. Ours are narrow and tall, yours are almost squared, that’s why they look smaller.

For the popular catgeory widget you can try this custom css.

.geodir-pcat-show a img {
    height: 25px !important;
}
.geodir_map_container .main_list img {
    height:20px;
}

2) For this issue we would need access to FTP and possible to your server error log. I’ve never seen something similar and blank page means PHP error, without knowing what error it is, there is no way to fix it.

3) you set the listing width to 60%, that filed should be left blank if you want 2 columns.

I would not suggest to use that plugin. It is misleading to say the least. Query Monitor is a professional tool. P3 Profiler is not.

That’s the exact same server we use. How many plugins do you have installed other than GD and its add-ons?
