OK I thought you had 2 users and you were using the wrong one, but that’s not the case. I see the license is still linked to the old user https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/dmitriy while it should now belong to your user.
I asked to Stiofan to verify where the bug is coming from and to fix your account.

Are you using GeoDirectory V2? If yes there is a shortcode for each field. Beaver Builder doesn’t recognize our custom fields because we use custom db tables for them. The directory would be unscalable if we used regular post_meta like ACF or pods do.

when I try to do the search you suggest, not only I don’t get results, but the footer of your website doesn’t load, which means there is a PHP error. Do you have an error log?
If not, please provide both admin and FTP credentials and we will verify.

I see the error with the map, and it appears to be a server setting:
Cross-Origin Request Blocked
Please ask to your server admin to enable CORS.
Also the slow loading website is probably due to an under-powered server. Is that a shared hosting plan?
