GeoDirectory doesn’t have functions that deletes the images at any given time, unless you click on the X to delete them yourself, there must be a problem in your server.

Did you ask to your hosting support if they have anything in their logs about images being missing from the server?

please install https://wpeasyupdates.com/ and go to the plugins page and add and activate the license key for each add-on. You find the licenses here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

Once that done, update the main GeoDirectory plugin and right after update all add-ons.

Last go re-save your WordPress permalinks.
