Probably you are on a shared server and when other sites on that server have low traffic it can import the entire file, while when traffic is higher, only partial imports are possible.
On a dedicated server this would not happen.
You should really look into better hosting or this could drive you crazy before you are able to import the entire db without faults…

GD Booster is a project that will be killed after V2 will be released, because V2 will work with most caching plugin such as wp super cache (that works with V1 too).
Why not switching to wp super cache and autoptimize now? You’d get very similar or even better results and I’m almost positive you won’t have troubles with BP.

Hi,
the only way to test this is to disable all non GD plugins momentarily to see which one is creating the conflict.
If you can’t do that on the live site, you must setup a staging site for testing.
We can’t recreate your problem on our servers, so there is not much else that we can do to help you.

For SEO, either categories as Alex suggests, or tags, definitely not custom fields that are more for internal advance search and filtering.

In places > place categories we allow to upload a category icon for each category.
If what you see is too big, you uploaded an image that is too big.
Please use icons sized images only.
