that is not how multisite works. Multisite only allows to make totally indipendent websites using 1 database.
However each website will not be able to see posts submitted on other website of the nertwork.
As Guust said, you will need WPML plugin for what you are doing. Or using multisite you have to create the translated listings in each websites.

the page you are currenlty using as home page is not a GeoDirecotry page.
It is a page with no title and ID 51. You can see that in Settings >> Reading.

none of our themes come bundled with the plugin options. It wouldn’t make sense.
That is written in the description of all of our themes to avoid users from making wrong assumptions:

Why don’t you fix them via phpmyadmin?
That is not an option, CPT must be created in advance.
Even if you export directly from the DB you should export the CPT options too.

GeoDirectory Theme Framework is a theme, like Whoop and the other are child themes. Modern is a child theme of GeoDirectory Theme Framework, all the other are for Genesis.
Add-ons are plugins. GeoDirectory is a plugin. You are trying to install it as a theme.
The confusion in this case, I believe it is caused by not knowing exactly how wordpress works just yet, but it is something that will go away with a bit of experience.

Automatic installation is the easiest option. To do an automatic install of GeoDirectory, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.
In the search field type GeoDirectory and click Search Plugins. Once you’ve found our Directory plugin you install it by simply clicking Install Now.
