Hi,
didn’t you export the changes I made in JSON format as suggested? Updating the plugin cannot blank compatibility settings, they are saved in the DB.
Please provide new credentials as those provided no longer work.
Thanks
Hi,

Thanks
Hi,
GeoDirectory cannot be network activated. On multisite, it must be activated on each individual website.
Let us know if that fixes the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
location is 99.9% identical to the home page. It uses the same widget areas.
The add listing page has its own sidebar : GD Add Listing Right Sidebar.
GD Login page is full width. No sidebars in there and you must edit templates to change anything about it: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/
The info page uses the GD Page Details sidebar.
If the GD Home page isn’t between your pages, you can go to GeoDirectory >> GD Tools and run the tool to check the GD Pages. If it was deleted it will recreate it.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
no there is no such option. It would require a customization.
Thank you
Hi,
in Advance Search Settings you had 40 miles, while in the core settings, General >> Search you had 15 miles.
I fear that was creating a conflict.
I added 40 in General >> Search settins too, can you please try now?
If the problem is intermittent it could be that Google isn’t able to get your exact position for some reasons too and that is creating the glitch.
Let us know,
Thx
Hi,
those are not pages, they are archive pages. You would need to modify templates to edit them.
However, what do you mean by disable footer or/and socket?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
you are running outdated plugins. Can you please update them all (core 1st and add-ons after core) and see if the problem goes away?
Let us know,
Thanks
HI,
I’ll add a note in our project management system.
Thanks
Actually we reconsider this, we believe it makes more sense at the top of the page. This is the main consideration that come up after discussion between the team members:
If you do not know that you can lock a particular field you would enter info about the main listing only, and then find that you can lock that field and therefore the info is not only for the main listing only but for all chain listings.
So users need to know that they should enter data for the main listing only or for all listings, and therefore they need to know what to lock.
So you would need to know up front that the fields can be locked.
Thanks
November 27, 2015 at 4:56 pm in reply to: Can users who have posted a listing comment on reviews? #61714Hi,
with Whoop you have to enable that option, but on any other theme, listing owner can reply to reviews without leaving star ratings.
Just make sure you have threaded comments enabled in settings >> discussion.
If you still have problems, please provide admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.
Thanks
