That’s possible using the pricing manager.

The 1st thing would definitely require a customization, because if you filter the content to strip HTML, you’d do it from your premium listings, pages and blog posts too.

If you are using Supreme, it does that when visiting the site with a mobile device.

We do that with CSS and JavaScript. It-s not that hard really, if you have some CSS and JavaScript knowledge. You can basically inspect what we did and modify it so that it works that way for desktops views too.

If you don’t have enough experience to tackle something like that, what Kor suggested is the way to go.
